Quest bring me my bow not working

I'm a level 65 musketeer I have tried every thing to make the quest work but nothing is working...can someone please help me

When I was finished talking to Ulysses the quest didn't change at all.. it still had the same quest and plus the question mark was grey. What am I suppose to do?
