High spontanious Crit chances

I don't know if its just me but I'm getting hit by criticals that are spontanious to each other.
Its like one mega hit then relentless to another Mega hit. Is it just me or did they buff the crit chance?

What world is this occuring in? If its VA part 2 or a late game area then this is a normal occurence. If this is happening in skull island, then I do not know.
