Missing Figure Head for Spiral Frigate

I experienced that when i tried to equip a figure head to the Spiral Frigate (Skull Island), the Whole front sort of disappeared. Even the front mast was gone, but it only stays like that when i have the figure head equipped. If i remove it it'll og back to as it would be without one on. First time i've seen anything like this, so thinking it has to be a bug of some sort.
