There's two things that's been bugging me:

1. In Tumbleweed Skyway the Monquista Battle Music plays instead of the original music that plays.
2. Upon looking over my badges I noticed that the new nautical level badge [Vice Admiral] is awarded at nautical level 70, shouldn't it be awarded at nautical level 65 when the level cap is reached?

Actually, both of these are as designed; however, I will forward along your (additional) feedback about the Monquista music in Tumbleweed. Many others have also noted this seems strange. The grayed out badge is simply something for you to look forward to obtaining some time in the future.
