How come there is no epic talent at level 64?

My Musketeer character, which is my main character, just hit level 64. However, I wasn't offered any epic or talent increase. Shouldn't I bet getting something at level 64?

Hey my main musket character just hit 64 too! I wish, we get like no epics. Burst fire would make us too powerful, but I would be happy to trade in double tap for a stock assault of overmatch!
