Ulysses Glitch,

I have sent four emails to Kingsile.
The Ulysses glitch is a glitch where once you've defeated Medusa you apparently don't have the bow.
If you could reset Ithaca for me (NOT SCYLLA DEAR GOD) or help me out i'd appreaciate it because i know a new world is supposed to come out soon and it makes me sad seeing as i can't play it.
The Ulysses glitch also happens before Aquila's last dungeon.
