Savior of Mooshu Badge

When I handed in the quest Emperor Moo to Governor Umeboshi, I should have received the badge Savior of Mooshu and the Celestial Dragon pet that is rewarded by this badge, but I did not receive either one. I would greatly appreciate some help! Thanks!
