Sticky Powers glitch again

I have asked this before on here but it has never been fixed (despite having a ticket be sent to support)

The glitch is occurring on my level 58 swashbuckler.

When he bought back his training points last time he kept 2 powers which I don't want on him anymore.

Kraken Coils and Mighty strike. I really don't want these on my swashbuckler and even though he has nothing else trained, he cant even buy his training points (taking out the 2 sticky powers he currently has)

Please One Eyed Jack I don't want these powers but they wont go away
