Now with captain kitty on our crew what well happen for those people who have him on thier crew but have not done ratbeards or Bonnie's promos? They both have you talk to catbeard.

Just return to Catbeard's ship in Port Regal to accept your promotion quests involving Ratbeard and Bonnie Anne, but be aware that Catbeard will be unavailable to assist you with those promotion quests when your character's main quest is in between the quests "That Darned Cat" and "The Verdict."
