Perhaps this is not something that is generated by gear yet, but I would really appreciate being able to monitor and track my critical strike.

I have taken samples (hundreds) of hits and found that my basic attacks crit roughly 15% of the time and my specials crit 12% of the time*. For starters, that seems awfully low. More importantly, I'd like to know what determines critical strikes.

*no buffs included and enemies were the same throughout testing; lvl 50 swashbuckler wit top tier crown gear
