Remember the Vine video or in the update that showed a tower with a black swirly cloud over it? What is it, and where is the quest? Has anyone found it yet or is it for the future?

It is in the Paths of Penance, Subata Sky way. It hasn't opened yet, but may soon. It could even be part of the 'hints' in the Producer's Letter.

The tower exists in the live game, I just took that shot this morning in Mooshu in the Paths of Penance. We can't get into it yet, as of this date but we know that Ratbeard is hard at work preparing all sorts of nefariosities for us.
