While there isn't a Halloween quest in particular, there is a quest from the new Town Crier. Check out our latest YouTube video that talks about the recent update.

I had trouble seeing the town crier the first day also. Even though I couldn't see him, I did stumble across the x interact button for him. Try going between the privateer and the buccaneer training halls. My computer must have been slow to load his image, he was visible the next day I passed through Avery's Court.

Go to Avery's Court in Skull Island and look for a Pelican with a yellow Exclamation Point over his head. He is between the Privateer's Office and the Buccaneer's Den.
