no white tailed jackalope

I just got into Motherlode Mine and I got one of those pop ups that said that because my backpack and bank are full, I couldn't get an item. Normally this would be only slightly annoying, but this one was about my white tailed jackalope from the frontier drifter badge. I have been waiting since lvl 13 to get that pet! I am extremely frustrated. Is there anyway to get that pet back anyone?
