Main Quest dropped?

Continued my quest to El Dorado, but after I finished Gold Rush quest, it just stopped.....has this happened to anyone else? How do I pick this quest back up?

try to search around the area where your quest dropped.
if that didn't work then search where you got the quest from.

Gold Rush is actually a sidequest. Looking at your character, it appears Mighty Medicine might be the quest you left off on last.
