Witchdoctors cant buff themselves?

Hello everyone.
I originally asked his earlier (before all the doubloons and advanced companions) and the spells were working as intended. But this brings me to the same question again because jackrabbit juju gives WDs bonus talents now. So i am wondering will this stay the same. Or can we actually use it on ourselves in the near future?
