Assassin's Shroud not working properly

Wen I used the Assassin's Shroud Swashbuckler power against Eagle Shades in Aquila, they were still able to heal. Assassin's Shroud is supposed to prevent healing, so please fix this as soon as possible.

I'm very disappointed that the issue with Assassin's Shroud has not been fixed yet. I guess it was not deemed important enough to be corrected with the latest update.
