Thunderbird's name quite small for it's name tag

While I was watching the Duck of Death Puppet Show, I noticed that Thunderbird's name tag border is quite a bit too small, making Thunderbird's name itself a bit too squeezed in. Could you please correct this minor problem by vertically stretching Thunderbird's name tag border a bit long enough so that Thunderbird's name would fit with Thunderbird's name tag?
