Then just continue questing. You know you have to defeat some of Captain Blood's Ghost ships. When you have done that, then you enter the Motherlode Mine, this is the last dungeon before you leave Cool Ranch.
I hope you've done all the side quests because there's a difficulty spike when you enter MooShu, those extra levels and training points for companions will be very useful.

Your almost there, keep questing and doing the occasional side quest or two that interest you and you will be there very shortly
