Relentless Vs Follow Through

Is there a difference between Follow Through and Relentless or are they just the same thing with different names?

Follow Through is guaranteed to activate, and it doesn't always stick to targeting the same enemy, like when you Blade Storm off of a critical. Relentless has that 35% chance and it can't change targets by itself.

Yes.Follow through can target anyone around you(similar to glancing blow) and relentless will hit your current target.
