Title says it all. I'm asking this because it says that will increases "spooky" and staffy attacks.

So, the more Spooky gets trained, the more our powers effects get increased? I wish that combat attribute talent & it's higher ranks could be available for all Pirates to train, regardless of class choice & have them not tied to power requirements & without the cost of Practice Points, along with others. I would like to see that. Pirates would like to boost their kind of powers effects with that talent, & that includes those that have chosen other classes besides Witchdoctor.

One other query, Bonnie Anne. Spooky's talent description states the percentage of how much it has to add to our Pirates' Spooky stats, like "Spooky, Rank 1: +10%" & "Spooky, Rank 2: +5%" to our Pirates' stats however, after the spring 2014 update, the percentage value was done away to the attribute talents & only the +number values have taken their place that scales that talent's values through training that talent & it's higher ranks, like "Spooky, Rank 1: +11 & Spooky, Rank 2: +11" to our companions' stats. I don't get this confusion between Spooky's talent's & it's higher ranks' values between these types, from past to present. Is this different or is it some sort of error towards Spooky's talent descriptions? I'm confused.
