No Quests!

Ugh..I've been searching for hours and I can't find a single quest. The main storyline quests have disappeared and I can no longer do any quests. There are no question marks above any of the characters at all! Help! My pirate is only lvl 10 ...and he doesn't have any quests. That's impossible!
