Help? Re-download problems.

Ok, so recently Pirate 101 went off a bit for maintenance, and I thought nothing of it. But when the game that I love came up with the message "Unable to launch game. Please download and run the Pirate101 installer again" I got a little upset, but quickly went to the website to re-download the game. so I download the installer and when I open the folder it comes up with the same message as before. I've deleted then tried to install it, run it through administrator, and still that same message comes up. If anyone can help me with this, I will greatly appreciate it.
