Bound Oni's Bulwark Bug!

The Bound Oni's Bulwark is supposed to give increase base resistance of 10 and increase base armor of 10, according to the talents page, rank 1 gives 10 base.

However, when I look at my character page and mouse over the armor and resistance, I am only getting 8 armor from the increase base armor and only 4 resistance from the increase base resistance.

Is this just a display issue? or an actual bug that needs to be squashed?

Oh never mind, I solved this, it is a 10% addition to base value. Sorry for the post!
