If you do a search on the words Mooshu Mystic you will get several threads that talk about it. Here is just one of them.

i am not sure but, you need to complete all the magic/mystic quests in mooshu, then you get and imperial lion pet with the epic repel boarders

I think all quests offered by monks must be completed.

The badge is obtained by completing all quests from monks in MooShu
