BEWARE!! MAY CONTAIN POSSIBLE SPOILERS!

In the puppet show about the Armada, you see several top henchmen. They are:

Kane: Leader of the Armada. Location, probably Valentia. Presently still functioning
??: A female clockwork, much like a queen. Name, location, and status unknown.
Rooke: Armada General. Defeated and presumably destroyed in the Wreck Of The Victory at the end of Marleybone.
Bishop: Technician and Inventor. Defeated in the destruction of Beachhead. Destruction not confirmed, assumed still fuctioning.
Deacon: Spymaster. Defeated and destroyed (confirmed by Rooke) in obtaining Marco Pollo's ship.
Phule: Defeated in Grancia, found again in prison in Port Royal. Assumed escaped along with all other prisoners there. Location and status unknown.

So, at the end of Marleybone, at least, we still have Bishop, Phule, and Kane plus one other, perhaps, still at large.

Anyone else confirm this?

Sounds about right. Although I wouldn't call Phule defeated, he left before the fight started so he just fled the confrontation.
As for Rooke, I would never presume him destroyed until a clockwork confirmed it. They are way too tricky for that, and so is Blind Mew.

You're right about this. Phule never fought against us... not yet, and he was captured and imprisoned in Fort Elena, though I'm sure he will escape and we'll expect another encounter with him again soon. I would say his short attack plan with the Servus Commanders was thwarted back in Valencia after the Commanders were down.

Rooke was completely down on the Victory's wreck after his second and last defeat and he went up in explosive flames by Admiral Nelson's last resort to stop Rooke and blow up the Executioner at the cost of the Victory rammed in it, and it worked, so I would say Rooke was totally destroyed in the massive chain of explosions, and the rest of the Elites and Kane won't like the news about Rooke's fall. If Rooke survived the destruction, which he didn't, he would have tried to secretly follow us to Aquila in Deacon's steps and he would have ambushed us just to get another of Marco Pollo's Map Piece. Thankfully, the Armada didn't follow us to Aquila, which I kinda hoped to see that during my adventures in Aquila, but found out that they didn't. I'm surprised that they didn't use the Stormgate to Aquila via Valencia all this time, even though they were guarding the Stormgate passage to it in Valencia. For a bunch of tough mechanical puppets, they can surely be single minded on some things they never knew.
