Rooster Cogburn Promotion

I think rooster cogburn should have a promotion because everyone can get him and he is a very good companion if you give him burst fire and quick adjust and that's why I think he should get a promotion.

I was wondering the same thing can one of the developers answer this question: Will the universal side companions (Rooster Cogburn, Ju Hao, Shiruku Neko, and Zeena) get promotions because it seems like they should since everyone gets them and the quests to get them usually takes long.
