What’s with the Halloween Galleon?

I wanted to get myself a Halloween Galleon this year but I was pretty upset to find out there’s no level 70 version. It seems kinda silly to spend 5000 crowns on a ship that has worse stats then a ship I can buy with gold in Valencia

I bought mine last year; I use it primarily as a party boat. Although it's stats are a bit less than a level 70 ship, it's still powerful enough for lesser ship battles.
But, I did wish there was an upgrade for this ship.

Yeah it would be nice to have a level 70 version of the galleon.
