should be will. thats why a lot of privateers train their will

It is increased by Will and Spooky effects.

Healing powers are stronger if you have more Will. As a Privateer, I trained the powers in the Witchdoctor's Sanctum. With increased Will, you can also increase the power of barrages and other powers too!
