what are the worlds of the spiral based off of?

So um... I've been thinking and it seems that basically each pirate101 world is based off of somewhere at sometime somehow, so can you please tell me what each world is supposed to be. except for Marlybone, Krokotopia and Aquila. P.S I like trains and so does everyone
