Theory on holiday companions

The first holiday companion was the Yule Trogg, you couldn't pick any epics for him
Next year was the Nutcracker and the Mistle Toad, you can pick 2 epics for them
This year is the Holiday Treant, you can pick 4 epics for him
So next year, following the current pattern, the future holiday companion will let you pick 6 epics.

Maybe I'm just crazy.

I would doubt that, think about ten years from now and them having 20+ epics.
