Stormgates with No Names

I have noticed through the game that there are some unnamed stormgates. I remember there being one in Avernus and two in Aquilla (I think there is also one or two in Mooshu, but I am not sure). What I am asking is, why are they there if they don't lead to anywhere?

They are there a "place holders" until KI brings in an update, then some of them will be opened ( or at least named. )
