Rogue's Gallery - El Toro?

I may be mistaken, but I just realized that El Toro has never been featured in the Rogue's Gallery of the Newsletter -- possibly, this is because his backstory is covered so well in-game. However, as he is a pretty popular companion, shouldn't this omission be corrected? Shouldn't we get to know El Toro just a little bit better?

Is there nothing more we can learn about our friend?
