Catbeard because he comes WAY after Ratbeard and either way, Catbeard is much more powerfull and Ratbeard almost always misses.

I personally think Catbeard .though Ratbeard can reduce Catbeard's stats and has an epic hit ready, Catbeard citicals like mad.
