Man, the new tutorial is a vast improvement from the old one. It really does set the tone for the rest of the story and I like the improved clockwork interior for the Armada vessel.

I also enjoyed the fact that Deacon and Boochbeard recognize each other. I prefer thinking of Boochbeard as an actual personality sailing around the Spiral rather than some disembodied voice informing me about game mechanics.
