Need help regarding bundle

Hello!

I purchased an Admiral's Bundle today.

I logged into the game, looked at all of my stuff. I couldn't redeem it at first because my backpack was full, so I cleared about 20 items from it.

I redemeed the 'Royal Admiral's Outfit' (I think it is called?) and the Military Sabre.

They are NOT there. I've checked EVERY single one of my pirates - twice, for the items. They are no where to be found. The only things I recieved was the 5,000 crowns and some ship pieces.
