Level 47 Witchdoctor Miranda farming

Hi, so I want to get a lot of items from fighting captain blood in the Miranda, my main question is does anyone have any tips one how to beat it faster as a level 47

? I plan on farming and i understand that I can't influence what i get, I'm just curious about ideas and any tips, thank you

If you go in friends, divide up the tasks ( gathering the prayer book pages & finding and burying the lost mutineers ), and all join in the battles.
Otherwise, there is no way to shorten the dungeon.
