I have a question about tricky vinny

Does vinny ever get more than two epics? I just bought him and promoted him and vinny only has two epics. So I was wondering if he will get more.

I think he only gets promoted once, so i'm not sure. Maybe in the coming update.

I really would not care if he gets two epics. I don't know why, but when I use Tricky Vinny, he more often than not lands criticals just before the enemy goes down. It happens to me, so him having two epics might make him OP.
