For friendliest npc, I'd go with either Gracie, Morgan LaFitte, Dead Mike, One-Eyed Jack, or Blind Mew. Honorable mentions to RatBeard, Bonnie, Avery, Old Scratch and Phule.

Kane is obviously the most unfriendliest due to wanting to destroy the Spiral and then recreate it. I wouldn't be surprised if he would wipe out every other species too.

A npc that could be more friendly is Mordekai. Behind his gruff and tough exterior, he is a bit of a softie.
