Can we stitch Moo Manchu's weapons?

I haven't really found a solid answer to this anywhere yet. I know you can't stitch Nefarious weapons but that's understandable, since the actual weapon look needs to be present for it to make sense (Ex: The Nova Blaster).

By Moo Manchu's weapons you mean the Staff of Power? Then the answer is "no", it can't be stitched.
