So the abandon timer is becoming a bit of a nuisance to me since I tried to participate in ranked this season, with how ridiculously better the spring/fall weapons compared to the summer weapon, it’s hard to find matches at the higher ranks. It would be nice if I was able to just switch between queues from 1v1 to battle royale just to see if I can find a person to fight, but for some reason doing that gives you a 5 minute timer to queue again, even though I wasn’t matched with anyone. Can this not be a thing, at least when you’re not matched with anyone? It doesn’t even really stop boosters, since they usually just use royale.
