Bladestorm is ok but there no difference in it function then Double tap. Both give an additional attack for downing a enemy. Giving Buccaneers relentless will allow vengence strike and blade storm to chain and make buccaneers even stronger. Perhaps dangerous engaged one one since relentless can yield extra damage during a normal sitting phase.
