Just what the title says.

I personally think that being able to dye the face paint for your characters just adds a little bit of more customization options for characters I feel. For example, if a group of players are in a tribe of sorts with their main colors being red and blue, the Tribal leader could just wear the red face paint while the lackeys of sorts could just wear the blue face paint as well.
