Nerf the Bumbaloons and Buffaloons

They are way to tough and my swashbuckler is struggling to beat them for the main quest.

Can you guys either make Bumbaloons appear more then once in battle or weaken buffaloons/bumbaloons altogether?

My swash buckler is struggling to fight them :(
