I'm a little confused

So I decided that I wanted to go play some Pirate101 (really fun game, I absolutely love the game) but when I tried to log in, it was locked. I tried it Wizard101 and it was locked, but it had the option to unlock it, so I unlocked it and I was then able to log on to Pirate101. Um...did this happen to anyone else? I'm a little confused, actually.

This has happened to a lot fo people, probably everyone, this has even happened to me. Don't worry to much, KI is looking into it.
