I think it would be a good idea to bring hiring and payment to Pirate101. Hiring is when a lower level asks a higher level for help with a dungeon. The higher level might think that it's annoying to go through a whole dungeon without getting anything from it, so he can be hired to do it instead. The lower level could hire the higher level and he could pay him, lets say, 2000 gold. Then, the higher level could do the dungeon knowing he will get something for himself at the end of it.
