When when Item failed to be Redeem get fixed

I have had items i can not claim including Companions that are stuck in the Gift widow and Every time i try to get help i do not get any And since i know who ever will read this wont post it because it will clearly make your game look exactly how it is Please give me my items that i paid for when they were not on sale from the bundles

Ahoy!

If you are seeing this error when redeeming a gift, please log out to the character select screen, switch characters then switch back and try redeeming again. This trick should solve the problem for you.
