unable to claim freecrowns "yulecrowns"

I tried redeeming the yulecrowns gift for the current 12 days of Christmas gift. I have a family account. for some reason I keep getting message that I cannot get the free crowns because I have already redeemed the code. I don't see how that is possible since the promotion just started 2day for yulecrowns and I have not logged in to my account or tried to claim 2days gift until about a half hour ago. NO ONE else has my password and I still have left over crowns that I purchased yesterday. Anyone else having problem redeeming this yuletide gift or is it just my bad luck?

You did already redeem the code and got 250 crowns. Check the crowns history under "my account" on the website.
