Hey i logged on today and the game said that it wasn't able to to log onto my lvl 65 pirate but when i tried it with my other char it worked just fine. I also restarted my computer and tried it on a different computer. Any way you could help KI?
Oh oh! It sounds like you will need the help of Customer Support to help get your character unstuck. Please send them an email to support@pirate101.com and note the name of the character that is stuck. Please also send them your username if you email them from an email address that isn't associated with your account.
They'll be able to get your character back in working condition and sailing the skyways soon!
