The Spirit of Receiving companion from the yuletide companion pack still has yet to get the epic talents that he earns at level 15, 35, and 55. The companion has been out for approximately 6 months now and with the return of the pack for Christmas in July he should really fixed soon.

I believe based on something Kingsisle Support told 1 of our forums members in an e-mail the bug fixes for all 3 of these companions are likely coming in the next update later this year. Kingsisle wouldn't take the game down just to fix them but they would fix them when they have more reasons to take the game down for 2-3 hours.
