Running Away NPCs O_O

I have noticed that NPCs are running away when I enter a room. Don Ready actually moves his feet. Can you please fix this? Thanks. Also, once when I entered Buccaneer's Den Mordekai was in a wall.

Check to see if you have the latest video drivers installed. Using old ones can cause weird video problems.
